What is Kinetik?

A functional training program interwoven with motivational science.

This program intends to bring everything together by helping you move better, eat better, look better, and as a result become happier in your own skin. It focuses on joint mobility, core stability, bodyweight movements, strength training, conditioning work and emphasizes core/compound lifts, which have proven to be more effective than machines will ever be, essentially making your body the machine.

We provide the best motivational techniques to help get you consistent and sustainable results. Our classes focus on helping you move correctly and pain-free. We offer 1 coach per 6 athletes with a mindset of quality over quantity.

The hardest part of the workout is just showing up.

If you're totally new to fitness or haven't been active in a while, then we're here to help. Our coaches will guide you through everything from workout programming to recovery planning and all the areas in between. We work to remove any hurdles preventing you from starting your fitness journey so that all you need to do is show up and have fun.

We'll start with the basics to get you comfortable with the movements. Our coaches will work with you to ensure the exercises are appropriate for your level of fitness. Adjustments to the program will be made to accommodate your abilities and to prevent any early injuries. Our bodies are built to adapt and you'll soon see the results of fitness in your everyday life.
